✓Our clients, an extremely well-established Estate agency, are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their thriving team in Southport
✓This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing and successful team.
✓Working hours:
✓Monday – Friday
✓Alternative Saturdays
✓Our client is offering the successful Property Manager:
✓£25,000 Basic
✓As a Property Manager, your role will involve the following:
✓Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
✓Process reported maintenance repairs, monitor reports
✓Seek Landlord approval and coordinate maintenance repairs
✓Chasing invoices and managing landlord debts
✓Liaising with local authorities for building repairs
✓Arranging checkouts and renewals with tenants
✓Serving notices
✓Arrange HMOs as and when required
✓To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have:
✓Great Customer Service skills
✓Property Management experience
✓Able to work under pressure
✓Can-do positive attitude
✓Excellent communication skills, with good verbal and written English
✓Able to work well as a team and by themselves
✓Excellent administrative skills, high attention to detail
