✓We are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our agency team.
✓Your role as a Senior Carer will require you encourage and assist our clients with all aspects of their daily living as required and detailed in there personal care plan
✓This can include:
✓Personal care, feeding, dressing
✓Moving and Handling
✓Medication Administration
✓Maintain clear and accurate records
✓Promoting independence, dignity and choice
✓Follow protocols and proceduresRequirements:
✓Hold an NVQ level 3 in health and social care
✓Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant
✓Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care
✓Right to work in the UK
✓Excellent communication skills
