✓Are you a passionate and experienced Sous Chef with a love of Italian cuisine? If so, we have the perfect job for you!
✓We are a large, busy, fresh food Italian restaurant in Milton Keynes looking for a Sous Chef to join our team
✓The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Italian cuisine and be able to create delicious and authentic dishes
✓You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including managing staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
✓Assist the Head Chef in creating and executing menus
✓Train and manage kitchen staff
✓Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards
✓Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
✓Qualifications:
✓3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent
✓Strong understanding of Italian cuisine
✓Excellent cooking skills
✓Ability to work under pressure
