Service Co-Ordinator
Description✓Currently recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator for one of our valued clients based in Rugby
✓This will be a permanent position, within an exciting business that are experiencing a lot of growth

✓Location: Rugby
✓Service Co-Ordinator -Salary:
✓• £22,000 - £26,000 Dependent on Experience
✓The Job - Service Co-Ordinator:
✓• For the role of Service Co-Ordinator you will manage the workflow of the companies service engineers
✓• You will be first point of contact for our clients customers, logging maintenance / service requests
✓• Experience in the catering industry is desirable but not essential
✓• To promptly report any concerns of issues to the company management.
✓• Communicate directly with customers in order to provide the best experience possible.
✓• Work in a team with other project managers & Coordinators.
✓• To deal promptly with customer enquiries, complaints or problems, referring to higher authority anything which cannot be handled by the job holder.
✓• To undertake projects as required by your manager from time to time.
✓• To ensure that the Company’s Safety Regulations are followed at all times.
✓• To operate at the highest professional and ethical standards at all times.
✓• To operate at all times within the Company’s policies and procedures.
✓• At all times to promote a professional company image.
✓• To develop good customer relations by always conveying a fair, courteous, ethical and reasonable attitude.
✓• You may be occasionally required to work overtime
✓Service Co-Ordinator - Job Requirements:
✓• For the role of Service Co-Ordinator, experience within a similar role is beneficial
✓• Experience in the catering industry is desirable but not essential
✓• Applicants will need to demonstrate attention to detail and reliability for the role of Service Co-Ordinator.
✓• You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to offer an enhanced customer experience.
✓• To perform well in the Service Co-Ordinator job role, you should display strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
✓• You should be able to multitask and handle deadlines.
✓Service Co-Ordinator - Shift pattern:
✓• You will be working 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with one week on call every month.
