Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Manager at a picturesque wedding and events venue located in the beautiful Northumberland countryside.
✓Role Summary:
✓As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venue
✓Reporting directly to the Group General Manager, you will lead and motivate a team that includes the Wedding Manager, Head Chef, and On-site Coordinator
✓The sales team are centrally managed, allowing you to focus on optimising operations and delivering exceptional service.
✓Key Competencies:
✓Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar operational role.
✓Proven track record in managing high-quality, high-volume weddings and events.
✓Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate the existing team.
✓Comprehensive background in Food and Beverage operations.
✓Hotel background and experience.
✓Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
✓Ability to make an impact and drive the team towards further success.
✓Salary and Package:
✓A competitive starting salary of £32,000 per annum, with the opportunity to earn a fantastic quarterly bonus and great future progression within this growing group
✓Additionally, you will receive a holiday allowance of 28 days and be enrolled into the pension scheme
