Front of House Supervisor
Description✓Based in Deal, we have a requirement for an experienced front of house supervisor to initially work on a temporary basis with the possibility of it becoming permanent.
✓You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 front of house staff and ensure that the service runs smoothly throughout
✓You will deal with customer issues and look after the Health and Safety paperwork side of things as well
✓You will assist with the service duties when required and offer a high level of customer service.
✓You will need to have supervisory experience and have at least a level 2 catering qualification
✓Barista experience would be preferred, along with a personal licence, however these are not essential.
✓You will be required to cover shifts 5 out of 7 days and these could be split shifts and start as early as 10am or finish as late as 10.00pm.
✓This is initially a temporary role covering the busy summer period, however due to the business expanding there could be the opportunity to become permanent.
