✓Personal guest check-in and check-out
✓Apartment inspections, ensuring that all guest queries or requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner
✓Regular communication with the Operations Team to ensure any issues are identified and reported
✓Ensure inventory items are available
✓Maintain relationship with concierge teams ensuring relevant information is sharedEssential Attributes:
✓Possess a passion for hospitality
✓Ability to work without supervision, polite and helpful to both colleagues and guests
