✓Duties
✓* Plan Menus
✓*Liaise with the sous chef and help run the kitchen
✓*Prepping and Cooking food and presenting high quality dishes
✓*Fast pace environment
✓*Helping with Health and Safety and Food Hygiene procedures
✓*Food Stocks
✓*Managing and training commis chef
✓*Preparing Meat and Fish
✓Please note you must have a food and hygiene Level 2 certificate
✓Hours of work vary depending on each client - mix of full time and part time shifts available
