✓Salary: £27,500 per year
✓Job type: Full Time - Permanent
✓Shifts - 9am-5pm, 5pm-11pm.
✓We are looking for an experienced CDP to work in our busy South Kensington American brasserie.
✓The Role/Responsibilities:
✓You will be responsible for ensuring that standards are maintained within the section
✓To understand the importance of ensuring that food quality for customers is of the highest standard
✓To keep the staff morale high so as to create a good working environment, and in turn having a positive effect on increased productivity level
✓To be a proactive member of the team, displaying respect for all colleagues at all times.
✓You will also be required to;
✓Ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
✓Maintain the quality and quantity control in all aspects
✓Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working order.
