BATCH COOKING CHEF
Description✓We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Batch Cooking Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Central London

✓Position: Batch Cooking Chef
✓Schedule: 2 or 3 days a week [flexible]
✓Location: Central London
✓Batch cooking chef 12hrs per week - Tue + Thu and Sat: 8 am to 12 pm - £300
✓Batch cooking chef 8hrs per week -Mon and Wed: 8 am to 12 pm - £200
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Prepare and cook a variety of meals in large quantities while maintaining consistent quality and taste.
✓* Develop and follow batch cooking recipes that meet dietary requirements and customer preferences.
✓* Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of meals.
✓* Properly store and label batch-cooked meals for easy reheating and portioning.
✓* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of ingredients.
✓* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
✓* Collaborate with the menu planning team to contribute ideas for new dishes and adaptations to existing recipes.
✓Requirements:
✓* Proven experience in Cooking, Chef, or similar role.
✓* Proficient in batch cooking techniques and recipe development.
✓* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
✓* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
✓* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
✓* Creative mindset and ability to adapt recipes to dietary requirements.
✓* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
