✓Up to £30,000
✓We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, articulate and organised individual to join the management team at this charming four-star hotel in the heart of the New Forest .
✓The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager needs to be comfortable running a full restaurant, have a strong F&B background and must display good organisational, paperwork, training, and customer-relation skills.
✓In return we offer a salary for up to £30,000 in addition to:
✓* Meals on duty
✓* Continual personal development & training

✓The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will:
✓* Have a minimum of three years’ experience of working in a hotel/restaurant setting in a similar quality establishment, ideally 4 Star/2 rosettes.
✓* As a member of the management team, you will be asked to contribute to duty management shifts and will therefore need to be able to people manage and have a solid understanding of hotel operations in general.
✓* Understand wine and service.
✓* Assist with the management of a team of 18-20 staff: rotas, training manuals, inductions and general HR processes
✓* Be experienced working with EPOS.
✓* Be working on a rota basis which includes weekends & evenings [5 days from 7]
✓* Be of smart appearance is essential with an ability to act as host and be the face of the restaurant in the community and to our residents, in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
✓* Be required to work weekends and bank holiday work as these are our busiest times.
