Early Careers Teacher - Whitehaven
Description✓Vida Education are currently supporting Headteachers in the Whitehaven area who are looking to recruit ECT's for September
✓The Early Career Teacher [ECT] will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students
✓They will work closely with other teachers, mentors, and school leaders to develop their teaching skills and support their professional development
✓The Early Career Teacher [ECT] will also contribute to the school's wider community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.

✓Setting and planning lessons
✓Supporting students with their learning, social and mental development
✓Academic credentials and genuine teaching ability with personality, an adaptable style, energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility,
✓Able to meet all children's need with various learning ability
✓Communication skills written and verbal
✓Ongoing commitment to all children and discussing children's progress with parents
✓DBS on the update service Requirements
✓Good quality of written and verbal communication
✓Ability to implement school policies and procedures
✓Teacher Qualifications [QTS, PGCE, TEACH FIRST etc.]
✓Enthusiasm and outstanding teacher knowledge to engage the students
✓Experience of planning and assessing lessons to ensure progress is made by students
✓Positive behaviour management strategies
