✓Are you able to manage your time and work under pressure to tight deadlines and work on your own initiative within a team environment?
✓We have a tremendous opportunity for a Commercial Insurance Advisor to work for one of our clients
✓In this role you will be working 9.00am to 5.30pm, with alternating Saturdays of 9.00am to 1.00pm.
✓Responsibilities
✓* Managing new business enquiries
✓* Accurately and efficiently collecting required risk information
✓* Using technical skills and industry knowledge to source the quotation/policy to best suit the customer’s demands and needs, including advising on additional products and services
✓* Maximising new business opportunities
✓* Promoting a friendly and professional approach in a customer centric environment
✓* Accurately inputting customer information into trading platform
✓* Co-operating and assisting with other departments
✓* Identifying potential customer issues and vulnerabilities and adapt process accordingly
✓* Identifying customer queries and complaints and initiating and following the correct procedure
✓* Achieving and exceeding all personal performance and quality targets
✓* Working collaboratively as a team to achieve and exceed all departmental targets
✓Skills and Experience
✓* Experience within the insurance industry
✓* Excellent telephone manner
✓* Excellent administration skills
✓* Excellent Customer Service Skills
✓* Excellent written and verbal communication
