Sales/Recruitment Consultant with Polish

In line with our ambitious growth plans we have several vacancies open for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our business.
We are looking for dedicated and ambitious individuals who are looking to kick start their career in a sales orientated role. What the role entails:
*Business development/B2B sales to foster business relationships with new clients
*Selling and negotiating on multiple levels throughout the recruitment process
*Advertising vacancies, processing applications and shortlisting candidates
*Co-ordinating and managing the recruitment process on behalf of clients and candidates
What we require from our Trainee Recruitment Consultants:
*Bachelor's degree (any discipline) and/or previous experience in a sales role
*Can speak native or fluent Polish
*Resilience, perseverance and a positive attitude
*A strong work ethic and drive to go the extra mile
*A desire to succeed in a competitive environment and reap the rewards
