Sales Operations Manager
My client, is currently seeking an Senior Sales Operations Manager to come and join their team based in either their Leicester on Milton Keynes office. Must be Prince2 and ADM201 Certified.
Responsibilities within this role will include:
â¢ Leading the Sales Operations - Sales Enablement and Technology Support for Europe: manage directly the teams of Sales Tools and Sales Operations Support.
â¢ Develop best practices for Sales Tools Deployment
â¢ Act as single point of contact to liaise with the internal IT department and external suppliers, and also to Customer Implementation- / eBusiness- / Salesteams on SLA's and processes as part of Sales Tools responsibilities.
The key skills & experience required for this position:
â¢ Minimum 2 years SFDC experience
â¢ Must be ADM201 and Prince2 Certified
â¢ Experience of managing multiple teams across Europe/UK
â¢ Tooling Strategy
â¢ Tooling Design & Development
â¢ Tooling Maintenance &
â¢ Local Support
â¢ SFDC Hierarchy
â¢ Strong Project Management experience
â¢ Sales Initiatives
