Healthcare Improvement Consultant
up to £70,000 (Employee & Contractor Opportunities Available)
We are looking for experienced people with the drive, energy and enthusiasm to help us form trusted relationships & partnerships with our clients to deliver sustainable change within healthcare. This will include understanding our clients' business, their current issues and identifying opportunities to improve business performance using service redesign & transformation. A proven track record of successfully implementing a Lean methodology would be advantageous. Working alongside our clients we transfer our knowledge and provide a hands on approach to make real time sustainable improvements.

We need ambitious, highly experienced and forward thinking Lean Practitioners & Consultants. If you are looking for a new challenge and to gain further experience we are working with some of the most successful Trusts and NHS Vanguard sites. You will work alongside the trust to lead on the development of new care models which will act as the blue prints for the NHS moving forward and the inspiration to the rest of the health and care system.
- Minimum of 3 years' Lean and/or improvement experience in Healthcare
- Proven track record of developing and building client relationships, through engagement and hands on support
- Experience in delivering and managing projects on time and to target
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills in a project management environment
- Demonstrable experience of building and developing a continuous improvement culture, either internally or externally, through knowledge transfer and coaching
