This South facing 1st floor property is situated in the popular area of La Cinuelica, Los Altos, phase 14. 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja.

For entertainment you have a flat screen elevision with English channels (provided by communal satellite dish). There is a DVD player (please bring your own DVD’s). Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost if required.

Through the archway you have the fully tiled, fitted kitchen with marble worktop and comprises microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, electric oven and ceramic hob, crockery, utensils and cutlery.

Through the door at the rear of the kitchen there is the washing machine and hot water heater. Stairs take you up to the roof solarium, ideal for sunbathing and great view of the pool and gardens.

The air conditioned main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers in each, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe. Duvet for the winter, sheets for the summer. The window looks out onto the communal garden and pool.
