As Manager of our Panerai Boutique and part of our Ernest Jones Luxury team, you'll be responsible for building, inspiring and developing an exceptional boutique team, welcoming and introducing clients to the heritage and innovation behind Panerai's high-precision watches and providing an amazing customer experience whilst achieving sales targets.  As this is a new Boutique, you'll play an important role from the beginning by preparing for the opening.
As a Panerai ambassador, you will be proactive, a great communicator and able to develop strong and long-lasting client relationships through effective CRM activity.  You'll be responsible for driving and delivering sales and other performance targets as well as ensuring operational standards and compliance requirements are met.
Your leadership skills will ensure each member of your team becomes an expert able to share the stories and technological innovations that make every Panerai watch unique, deliver a seamless service and help every client celebrate life and express love.

You have unwavering customer focus and a track record of consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
You have strong interpersonal skills and a good command of verbal and written English.  A second language is desirable.
You are proactive and have the know how to develop and maintain a client base in the luxury space
You are comfortable with targets and business data
You have the skills and experience to lead and inspire, coach and develop a team to deliver consistently great performance
You have excellent organisational and planning skills
You are comfortable with tech and learn quickly [a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage]
You are a team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
