QA Technician
Description✓A British based, global provider of medical technology are looking to add a Quality Assurance Technician to join their QA Team
✓They manufacture neonatal intensive care and operating theatre equipment around the world through a network of distributors into over 75 countries- Their Products range from highly sophisticated capital equipment through to single-use disposables all of which can help improve outcomes of extremely sick patients.
✓Quality Assurance Technician
✓Support the Quality and Compliance Team Lead by processing and triaging customer complaints from Infusion Therapy customers
✓Coordination of complaint investigations between Infusion Therapy manufacturer, internal departments and customers.
✓Main Duties and Responsibilities
✓Processing and triaging of customer complaints from Infusion Therapy customers
✓Communicating with relevant internal departments to ensure complaints are investigated as appropriate.
✓Communicating between customers and the Infusion Therapy manufacturer the status of complaints and any associated investigations
✓Support the monitoring and reporting of Infusion Therapy customer complaint metrics and KPI's.
✓Ensure any applicable Infusion Therapy related documents are controlled and kept up to date as appropriate.
✓Assist with the execution and management of any relevant Field Safety Notice and Field Safety Corrective Actions
✓Coordinate customer returns
✓Experience and Qualifications Required
✓Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role within a medical device or relevant organisation
✓Strong user of MS Excel
✓Desirable
✓Experience of electronic QMS systems
✓Familiar with Quality System principles and medical device regulations and standards, Medical Device Regulation [2017/745], ISO13485, Medical Device Single Audit Program [MDSAP]
✓Key Skills and Competencies
✓Enthusiastic to learn new skills
✓Able to work as part of a team and across multi-disciplinary teams
✓Good written and oral communication skills
✓Time management - able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
