✓As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs in their educational journey
✓Your main responsibilities will include:
✓Individualized Support: Providing one-on-one or group support to students with SEN, tailored to their specific needs and learning goals.
✓Classroom Assistance: Assisting the class teacher in delivering differentiated instruction, adapting materials, and creating inclusive learning environments.
✓Behavioral Support: Implementing behavior management strategies and promoting positive behavior, fostering a nurturing and respectful classroom atmosphere.
✓Personal Care: Assisting with personal care needs such as toileting, feeding, and mobility, ensuring the students' well-being and comfort.
✓Progress Monitoring: Observing and documenting students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with the teacher to adjust strategies accordingly.
✓Collaboration: Collaborating with other professionals, including therapists, social workers, and parents, to ensure a holistic approach to student support.Qualifications and Requirements:
✓Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
