Description✓We are looking for a Careers advisor for a secondary school in Leeds, starting in September 2023
✓This will be a permanent job, subject to a 12 week qualifying period
✓Ideally you will be someone who has previous recent experience in a similar role and setting
✓You will be a committed individual that likes to help young people toward making good decisions about what they might do as a future career, or what future study them might embark on
✓You will value inclusivity and have a very student centred approach, as you will feel that every student and their career is important
✓Naturally you will have good people skills and be particularly able to build good rapport with students as you look to guide, coach and inspire them
✓You should have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team
✓You will have an interest in students, and be someone that can be inquisitive towards what they would like to do as a career
✓The role is in a secondary school in Leeds
