✓Working for a Large Service based Company as part of the Customer Service/ Query Resolution Team on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre!

✓Previous experience with complaint handling or query resolution Customer Service
✓Ability to use IT systems including MF office.
✓Great communications skills written and verbal.

✓Updating internal systems with accurate information
✓Processing new orders & refunds on internal systems
✓Offering resolutions on complaints while delivering exceptional customer service
✓Handling inbound calls from existing customers
✓Stock queries
