Social Media Marketing Exec
Description✓My client, a leading property maintenance company based in North Acton, are currently seeking a marketing/events specialist to join their team on a full time and permanent basis from their amazing modern office
✓Working hours at standard office hours with a very occasional Saturday morning [time in lieu will be paid back for each].
✓The main objective of this role is to provide support to residents with any queries that they might have, but also to have a hand in planning and organising social events for the residents of the luxury building and dealing with any concerns or issues that may arise in a friendly and positive manner with the main goal of achieving the highest levels of Customer Service.
✓This role is a very varied and exciting position and no two days are ever the same, and would suit someone from a creative background with a history of working within Customer Care [face to face] or similar.
✓Key responsibilities can be found below:
✓Resident Events:
✓Plan, coordinate, and execute various events and activities to promote resident engagement and community building
✓Come up with exciting new social content and posts to drive social engagement, and grow an online audience
✓Attend events and take on board feedback and information from residents in order to improve their all round experience
✓Constantly think of new ways in which you can be creative with regards to utilising outdoor and indoor spaces for such events, making sure they are all inclusive and fun.
✓Design and manafacture marketing materials, leaflets, flyers, posters, online adverts and more and be confident in the use of Social Media as means to market, including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram mainly
